Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is a request to buy the selected products. We will confirm receipt of the order and will let you know if it cannot be accepted because of availability, payment issues, an obvious error, or another legitimate reason. If payment was taken for an order we cannot fulfill, we will provide a full refund to the original payment method where possible.

Prices and payment

Product prices are displayed in USD. The amount shown at checkout is the amount payable for the products in your order. All products include free worldwide shipping, and we cover applicable import duties and customs charges for delivery. You should not have to pay those charges separately when the parcel arrives. Payment must be authorized before we prepare an order.

Dispatch and delivery

We normally prepare an order for shipment within one to three days after payment confirmation. Delivery is estimated at six to twelve days after dispatch. These are estimates, and events outside our control can affect transit. If dispatch cannot occur within the promised time, we will notify you and offer a revised timing or cancellation of the unshipped order with a full refund. Order changes and address accuracy

Please check product options, quantities, and your delivery address before submitting an order. If you need a change, contact us through the Contact Us page promptly. We will try to help before dispatch; once an order has been passed to the carrier, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns, defects, and refunds

You may request a return within sixty days after delivery. Once a return or other remedy is approved, we process refunds within five to ten days, usually to the original payment method. The Refund Policy explains how to start a return and what happens if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or does not arrive. This policy does not limit any additional rights you have under applicable consumer law.
